Chick

Radical Hippie Chick, aka Chick, is a 2003, 14.3 hh, AQHA Registered, Chestnut Mare. She is currently owned by an 8 year old who had Chick in 4-H and halter classes. Recently, Chick was the Spokes Horse for Western Saddlery. She has DSLD in her back feet and navicular in her front feet. Chick is getting shoes next week to help offset navicular pain. For these reasons plus arthritis, a stiff neck and sore back, Chick is not rideable. Her 8 year old owner needs a rideable horse to continue her future in 4-H. Chick is sweet and mild mannered, her ground manners are excellent, and she has no bad habits. Her Vet’s prognosis is that with daily Equioxx and soaked grain, Chick can enjoy a decent quality of life. She is extremely lovable and laid back.
